New Business Manager / Intrapreneur

Objective
- As the New business Manager, you are an entrepreneur inside a large company. You are the leader of all new business initiated inside Maison Retail management International company. You will strategize, create and launch new initiatives until they are ready to be taken over by the execution teams to scale.
Results measurement
- In quality of process and systems put in place to scale those initiatives
- In incremental growth (Both top-line and bottom-line) generated by the new initiatives/businesses
- Results for this position are measured
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Manage, recruit, set objectives, coach a team of executives
- Manage those initiatives as they were their own businesses
- Design strategies and execution plans
- Design processes, SOPs, set SLAs
- Monitor progress by tracking activity; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning

- Exceptional communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Proven track record in designing actionable management reports
- Customer focused

- Strong analytical skills with great attention to details
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- 5+ years’ experience in business administration is a must. Experience in fashion Retail is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor&039;s Degree
- Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison RMI
- Appetite for risk, reward, and competition
- Strong project management and organization skills
