New Production Introduction Engineer (~$1000, English Fluency - No Experience Requirement)

*** RnD Task
- Monitor quality of material & feedback vendor to improve quality in development stage
- Full fill customer requirement
- Review Design of material and judgment impact to process
- Summarize and preparation of all requirement for plan for making sample
- Do FACA for development stage, co- work with process engineer to improve sample quality through optimize internal process
- Tracking all changing items for each stage and analysis effection to sample quality.
- Tolerance & specification analysis to ensure yield output through discussing with vendor and customer.
- Make plan to create sample /improvement strategy in developnet state
- Obtain initial production yield of new products
*** FACA TEST
- Maintenance and fix MC trouble to make sure running as plan
- Troubleshooting machine abnormal to analysis effect of machine to product
- Prepare tool/jig and test machine for build and ensure meet deadline
- Full fill customer requirement
- Improve UPH & efficiency of machine
- Establishment standard of working process in develop state and training operator
- Review Design of socket and judgment impact analysis,
- Verification of new process capability
*** PROCESS
- Control Yield and FACA
- Set up, programing M/C
- Maintenance and fix M/C trouble
- Troubleshooting M/C
- Modify MC, Jigs and Tools
- Improve UPH and process

- Spare parts control.

- Analytical, problem- solving and critical- thinking skills
- English fluency
- No experience requirement
- Having a good skill of Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Graduated from University or above with related major

* Opportunity to be train oversea
* Having 3 meals/day if OT
* Shultle Bus from Hai Duong City or Hai Phong
* Working Time: Monday ~ Friday
* Probation Time: 100%
* 13th Salary + Good Insurance Packages
* Overtime Claim: 150% Weekdays, 200% Weekends
