New Project Engineer - Automobile (20 Positions - Working in Haiphong)

Establish excellent relationships with all functional leaders and external (3rd party) leaders involved in the vehicle and production process development, launch and manufacture. Involvement in the Process/ Controls engineering during installation and commissioning of plant and equipment. Drive a proactive Engineering culture, ensuring sound process control and engineering control programs are established, implemented and continuously improved as per Manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate and resolve program conflicts. Drive countermeasures for all significant issues in the production
- Internal & external stake holders management
- Lead Management reviews.
- Coordinate on-site cross functional resources to support launch.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and cross functions to build up new vehicles to meet production qualification, quality objectives within timeframe given and under program budget.
- Other tasks assigned by Leadership team
- Manage contract with manufacturing partners, part suppliers
- Lead Plan for Every Part.
- Develop and maintain master timing for whole organization.
- Accountable for the facilitating and recording cross-functional vehicle/program decisions.

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to grasp and effectively use technical concepts and technical information.
• Good common-sense business insight and experience with the development and implementation of business strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); knowledge of CAD, CATIA is a plus
• Strong English & communication skills to enable effective dialogue with local and international audiences across all levels of the organisation.
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Project management/NPI introduction/Launch/Industrial/Process/Controls Engineering role, and a strong technical mindset, preferrable with R&D background. Leadership experience preferred but not essential. Sound Technical knowledge of a highly automated environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in mechatronics/mechanical/electronics/automation/robotics
• Development of project schedule and tracking of progress
