2024 NEXT LEADER GENERATION PROGRAM ROADMAP
- The first 2 months : Orientation
• Rotate to different company departments to learn all company functions
• Involve in end- to- end processes to ensure the highest standards of production, quality, safety, and efficiency in the manufacturing process, all while fostering a customer- centric mindset
• Understanding the manufacturing technology to access intensively to the production strategy
- The next 10 months : Practice
• Works under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations
• Participate in company’s strategic planning and ensure people practices are executed effectively at the functional level as well as provide expertise, advice, and interventions to support business success.
• Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk in different situation
• Keep track of production process to control immediately when needed
• Other tasks assign by superior

Round 4 : Burn Up- Face to Face Interview (15/06)

- Proficiency in English
- Effective communication skill at all levels of the organization and strong adaptability
- Bachelor of Engineering degree holders who have completed their academic programs or have a maximum of 2 years of full- time experience, available for full- time employment from July 2024.

- GPA from 7.00/10.0 or 3.00/4.0
