- Job Statement: Incharge of all preparation and procedures for exact and competative compesation and benefit to all staffs

* Major Duties

- Implement preparation for monthly payroll and related payment to the staffs

- In charge of Social & Health Insurance, accident & medical insurance matters

- Follow up and monitor all staffs with changes in their compesation and benefit

- Make monthly report of social and heath insuarance, monthly insurance balance to BOD and governmental agency

- Do monthly report of payment for BOD's approval

- Update and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fair application

* Minor Duties

- Support to ensure the Company’s competitive compensation and benefits package

- Follow up the off in lieu of all staffs

- Participate in the development of C&B policies and vision

- Implementation of Human Resource Information System

- To support HR group initiative & projects

- Coaching and making group discussion on new compensation issues

- Bachelor`s degree Field of Studies: Wage Control General studies, Specialty, etc…

- Work Experience Required: 02 Year(s) in similar position

- Knowledge/ Skills Required:

+ Fluent writing, speaking in English

+ Experience in Manufacturing, Food & Berverage, FMCG, Unskill labour is plus

+ Knowledge of labor law and kinds of tax

+ Excellence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet and email

+ Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work

+ Proactive, self-motivated and team work spirit

+ Problem solving & Decision making

+ Working Mon to Fri at VTI Office, 119 – 127 Nguyen Co Thach, An Loi Dong Ward, District 2 (near PHO 24 and Highlands Coffee Sala Store)
