[Nha Trang] Production Lead

Collaborate with other departments, including the sales, Business Support, Workshop, Accounting and QC teams in HCMC and in Nha trang to ensure that production schedules align with sales forecasts, customer demand and financial requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Manage inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock of raw materials and finished products.
Supervise production staff to ensure that production targets are met and that quality standards are maintained.
Plan and schedule production runs to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Monitor the production process to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
Communicate timely, complete and accurate production plan & information to management and other relevant functions (via ERP, report, email, instant message, phone, meeting…).
Ensure that all products meet the company&039;s quality standards by implementing measures requested by QA QC team, and conducting regular checks.
Train production staff on the use of equipment and the implementation of quality control procedures
Participate in the development of new products and production processes.
Ensure that all production- related paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
At least 5- 10 years of experience in food production, with demonstrated experience in production planning and managing workers
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in international standards with ISO 22000 and HACCP
Adept at quickly generating reports and addressing inquiries
This role is open to local candidates only (Vietnamese)
Good command of English is a plus.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Food Technology & Processing
Age: 30- 40 years old
Excellent problem- solving and decision- making abilities
Familiarity with production equipment and processes
Strong leadership and communication skills
