[Nha Trang] QC Manager (Tester, QA/ QC, English)

Proven experience as a QC Manager or in a similar role.
Minimum 8 years of experience in related field.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance best practices.
Hands- on experience with manual, automation testing tools and frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Create and maintain documentation related to quality control processes, test plans, and test cases.
Additional duties as may be assigned by management.
Review functional and non- functional requirements and specifications.
Identify and report software defects, working collaboratively with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
Function well in a fast- paced, informal environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high.
Actively participate in project team meetings to offer on application issues discovered and present solutions to resolve, meet requirements and ensure desired quality.
Maintain a hands- on involvement in test execution, test automation and risk coverage analysis.
Lead and mentor a team of quality control engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team&039;s success.
Work closely with software development and management teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
Design, implement, and manage robust quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high- quality software products.
