JOIN OUR TEAM IN VIETNAM
Our Baristas provide customers with freshly made drinks and bakery goods in a fast- paced environment. High levels of customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately are key to this role.- Rotating shifts with 2 days off per week
% Arabica is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our wonderful group of hardworking, creative, and fun baristas.
- Have a spectacular and infectious love for the cafe’s coffee, explanation of the beans, taste, and quality to customers
- Conduct and execute excellent time management skills with high responsibility
- Clean, arrange tables and supplies as needed
- Perform latte art skill with great care on all coffee products
- Prepare, bake, and assist selling bakery items
- Report to the shift manager in charge of the daily work situation
- Prepare and serve all types of offered drinks according to correct recipe guidelines
- Collect payment and serve customers
- Daily communication with team and customers
- Performing other duties as requestedTraining and a probation period will be (2) months depending on experience level. More information will be shared in the interview.
