Partner with the sample/technical room to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train line leaders/operators.
Analyze and improve production processes, design layouts, and balance production lines to optimize production and reduce costs.
Design efficient workshop layouts and production flows; balance lines to eliminate bottlenecks.
Track and analyze daily production efficiency and OEE; generate improvement reports.
Propose equipment upgrades and technological improvements to enhance production efficiency.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish work standards.

Basic English skills, capable of preparing reports in English.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry like IE, Lean, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement (CI).
Experience in apparel, footwear, headwear, or assembly lines is a plus.
Bachelor’s/College degree. Open to all majors (Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Garment Tech, Mechanical, or related fields).
