Collaborate with other teams within the organization, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and provide input on customer needs
Assist with administrative tasks related to student enrollment and program delivery as needed
Build strong relationships with our students and their families, and act as the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns they may have
Proactively monitor student progress and identify opportunities to improve their learning experience
Work closely with the education center team to ensure seamless delivery of our programs and services
Collect and analyze feedback from students and their families, and use this information to improve our programs and services

1+ years of experience in customer service or customer success roles, preferably in the education industry
Strong organizational and problem- solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with education technology and online learning platforms is a plus
Bachelor&039;s degree in education, business, or a related field
Can communicate in English
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
