Nhân viên Chăm sóc Khách Hàng/ Guest Relation Officer

Job Purpose:
As a Guest Relation Officer for guests, you will be responsible for assisting and greeting guests with their overall hotel experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the hotel&039;s high standards of customer service and ensuring guests are satisfied with their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all documentation and forms necessary for check- in, check- out, and other guest services are properly completed and filed.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with guests and promote hotel services and amenities.
- Provide assistance to guests in checking- in and checking- out of the hotel and any other queries or requirements they may have.
- Keep track of guest complaints and feedback and take appropriate actions to ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded.
- Develop an in- depth understanding of the local community, including culture and customs, and use this knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and experiences for guests.
- Coordinate with other departments in the hotel, including Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure that guest requests and preferences are properly communicated and addressed in a timely manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner and ensure that guests receive proper resolution, always maintaining a courteous and welcoming demeanor.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail- oriented and well- organized.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest complaints with a positive attitude.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer- facing role in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Good computer skills and a working knowledge of hotel reservation systems and software.
