We are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Service to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics, understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
• Do survey via calling to better understand customer insight and behavior
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
• Complete all required training courses to expand knowledge and performance level
• Support stores and other departments in matters related to Customer Services
• Make follow- up calls to inform customers about further response or checking to make sure all their issues are successfully handled.
• Implement other tasks at line manager assigned
• Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards
• Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to customer queries/ concerns via phone, email, webchat, Linkedin, Facebook…and other social media interactions within service level agreement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Good situation handling, listening and communication skills
• College/University graduated with major related to Business Administration, Commercial, Foreign Trade, Marketing, or Information Technology, etc
• Good writing and communication skills, good tasks, and time management skills
• English proficiency at 4 skills. Candidates with one of the following languages: Korean,
• Proficient in using Excels is preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/call center/ receptionist/secretary
• Japanese, Chinese at intermediate level does not required high level of English
