Monitoring orders.
Handling customer complaints.
Providing consultation and addressing customer inquiries.
Receiving and assisting customers through the website and email.
Generating regular work reports.
Negotiating and agreeing on orders, delivery information, and prices with foreign partners.
Supporting other tasks as requested by superiors.

Educational background: College/University degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficient in using office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
English Proficiency: 4 Skills
Skillful and flexible in handling customer complaint situations.
6 months to 1 year of experience in customer care or equivalent positions.

Working hours: 08:00 AM- 05:30 PM, Monday- Friday + 02 Saturdays per month.
Salary: Fixed salary from 9,000,000 VND (negotiable based on skills) + Allowances + Monthly KPI bonus
