Nhân Viên Chất Lượng (IQC & OQC)

Reporting to: VN + KR manager
Position/name: Chief Staff (5 persons)
Department: QC
* Job Purpose:
• Follow up and take action quality of OQC
• Summary weekly, monthly report
• Follow making 4M, new product launching before shipping to Customer
• Ensure quality from vendors
• Take action to feedback Customer Claim and making report
• Receive information complaint from production line and treatment
• Receive information complaint from vendors about material provide to vendors to be NG quality and treatment
• Prepare monthly report of all vendors.
• Take care of Customer audit
• Training vendors about standard find out defect and confirm limit sample vendors sent to
• Prepare document for internal audit, customer audit
• Audit vendor on monthly
• Treatment NG material which vendors return and re-confirm. If material is real NG will transfer to NG stock and inform to supplier improve, if material is OK (mean: vendors are wrong judgment) will return and call vendors come to Cresyn explain and training
• Prepare weekly report of all vendors to know which vendors have worst quality and request those vendors must improve immediately
• Training and follow inspector to improve quality
• Prepare innovation report to improve quality of vendors
• Inform the result sample which vendors sent to produce mass production if NG request vendors improve immediately
* The main job responsibilities
• Follow all of improvement Lot No from vendors
• Send necessary document to control quality to vendors
• Daily, inform to vendors about defect happen and request vendors must improve immediately
• Audit vendors on monthly but suddenly happen big problem from vendors will go to vendors immediately to investigate the root cause and improve problem
• When happen complaint from production line or IQC find out defect will request vendors come to Cresyn confirm and sorting all goods in stock and improve problem immediately
• Hold meeting with vendor which have worst quality and request vendor prepare action report and improve problem immediately

Necessary training, pre-job experience, skills and knowledge to perform the job:
* Need education
University graduated
* Prior work experience
- Already worked in Japanese and Korea Company
- Experiences: 4 years in quality management field
* Skills & Knowledge
- Good at communication & teamwork skills
- Good at office computer skills : excel , power point, word…
- Good at English
