Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Hải Quan - HCM - Customs Declaration - HCM

Role Summary:
- Customs declaration for Import/Export shipments including collecting, checking docs, HS code… then declare on VASS system for cargo: machinery, garment or general cargo; following up shipments status till finish customs clearance as lead time of customers also.
- Collecting and preparing CO Docs then submit on CO system of VCCI & MOIT
Specific Accountabilities
- Cooperating with outside staffs and ensure to solve any problem in customs if the document which submit for customs it have any issue. Also Cooperating with CS Team, Trucking team to receive A/N, BL, DO and delivery plan then arrange customs procedure.
- Preparing CO Docs then submit on CO system of VCCI & MOIT
- Communicating with customer to collect required documents for per Import- Export shipments and CO procedure.
- Checking schedule of per Import- Export shipments then finish customs declaration to match with lead time.
- Closely update and consult the regulation in customs, tax, CO for customer

Required Skill
Computer skills with Microsoft Office software
- Diligent, detail oriented, able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate in English with reading/writing/speaking skills
- Experience in liquidation of processing contract and Yearly Finance Report is a plus point.
- Team works/disciplined, punctuality and honesty
- 3- 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Graduated from College or university major in Logistics or Foreign Trading
