Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Xuất Nhập Khẩu (Air)

- Issue the debit note for Customer/ Overseas agent
- Update oversea partners / customers “updated information” of the cargo
- Prefer who has relationship with airlines or co- load agents
- Be in charge of air export/import shipments to take care well of customers as being assigned.
- Having experience in checking price and space
- Daily update data to system and Customers
- Resolve the matter appear when cargo have damaged
- Be responsible for implementing processes involved in a logistic operation and liaise with a variety of parties, including oversea partner/ customs broker/ customs authorities/ customers and airline, coload agent to handle export shipments smoothly to ensure cont has being catch airline cutting time.
- To avoid or reduce cost whenever possible
- Other duties assigned by Managers & Director.

- Self- motivated, dedicated and hard working
- Good English is a plus
- Female is preffered
- Able to work under high pressure and team work
- Experience in handling export /import shipments
- Good negotiation and communication;
- At least 2 years experience in import- export field, prefer candidate already have experience to work with Shipping lines
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields.

- Working time: 8h/ day, from Mon to Sat morning;
