- For import shipment

* Handling all import shipments:

+ Materials for production,

+ Machinery,

+ Temporary import and re-export (samples),

+ Returned furniture for repairing and re-export …

+ Other items under non-commercial form (Follow up cargoes from the date on board until cargoes are arrived at our warehouse; update all data on follow up file to know what customs papers need to be paid tax or not or re-exported within limited time.

- For export shipment

+ Handling and preparing docs for re-export repaired furniture and samples under temporary import and re-export form.

+ Follow up the deadline for re-export shipment.

+ Prepare all documents for tax exemption of re-export shipment

- For Liquidation.

+ Follow up and update raw material used and finish a full set of liquidation in time to submit Customs Bureau to avoid fine.

+ Understanding the liquidation software

- Balancing imported material

+ All materials can be used within 275 days (if any).

+ In case materials cannot be used in that time, re-check the balance of those raw material, calculate import tax and VAT to submit to Customs officers for Tax confirmation

+ Prepare and send payment request to Account Dept to pay tax in time.

- Networking with accounting Dept

- Graduation of College.

- Experience about import export is preferential.

- Good communication. Basic English

- Good at computer skill.
