- Contact shipping line and airlines to submit bookings, submit bills of lading, VGM, and monitor the coordination of goods until they leave the port

- Perform other relevant tasks as requested by superiors.

- Chasing cargoes and making payment proposals for shipping companies and partners related to the shipment.

- Contact the agent to get booking, nominate agent to handle cargoes

- Check the bill of lading and documents with the customer

- Send information about shipment and the bill of lading to customers.

- Open, track, and close files in the system.

- Chasing the shipment, and update the status of shipment for customers

- Contact customers, update the status of the shipment for all relevant parties.

- Make a Pre- alert, send documents to customers and agents.

- Works in Vietnam time (based on German timezone in summer and winter)

- Receive Pre alert from the agent.

- Work with the shipping line to handle any arising issues during the cargo handling process.

- Prepare documents, verify validity, and send documents to partners and agents.

- Entitled to benefits according to the Company&039;s Regulations and Vietnamese Labor Law.
- Monthly salary:14- 15 millions

- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Passionate and committed to the job, with the intention of working long- term.
- At least 2- 3 years in an equivalent position in the forwarding field.
- Ability to synthesize, analyze, and report.
- Graduated from university with a major in import- export or logistics from universities.
- Capable of teamwork or working independently.
- Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
- Careful in work.
