Working and providing the processing fee O2 pay to OVN with Export- Import Dept.
Receiving the price requirement PD developer, PD sample order, Sales, Kio, CS and double check information to make sure that the information is correct for calculating
Explaining and handling all questions about the pricing to customer and all related department.
Checking, collecting all information relating to costing calculation and sending to Costing China for calculating
Working with technical team about PC to get the detail of each specs
Checking BOM and providing the processing fee to subcontractors (OVN2, OVN3, OVN6)
Working with purchasing team about fabric price
Working and negotiating with logo supplier about the logo cost, to get the best price.
Key all price information from price requirement into ERP for asking the formal quotatio
Exchanging and working with Costing China to release the formal quotation. Double check the quotation to make sure that the exact price before sending to requester
Working and negotiation with subcontractor (leather lamination, 3D lamination, perforations…) about the processing fee for the process which bring outside to handle to get the best price.
