PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Working with all function in brewery to translate their need into learning & development plan aligned with people function strategy. Implement and oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, improve leadership and maintain the overall company performance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategy development & Implementation:
- Work with People Business Partner/stake holders to make sure that people development plan are aligned with strategic workforce planning.
- Drive people development plan, execute in place and measure effectively.
- Implement and oversee learning and development strategy that are aligned with the national level.
People & Organization Development:
- Promote and engage people in E- Learning system (LXP).
- Take part in people development projects (E- Learning, Coaching, learn &share..)
- Roll out development programs from national to local and make sure that they are aligned and well- implemented.
- Be able to apply digital or take the lead for any improvement in daily operation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define learning and development needs, functional competency assessment, training plan/budget, and manage the training delivery and Personal Development Plan, Heineken Functional competence.
- Be active in working with business stakeholders in related to learning and development plans.
- Ability to deliver training courses as required (soft skills, induction program).
Culture building:
- Implement the plan and initiatives event/campaign to promote HEINEKEN behaviors at local.
- Foster a learning culture by facilitating employee collaboration and knowledge sharing through learn, share and reapply activity.
- Conduct Climate Survey deep dive sessions and support stakeholders implement their action plan for improvements.

- Detail- oriented, data- driven mindset.
- Great organization or project management.
- Minimum 1- year experience in Learning & Development or relevant Human Resource.
- English: Upper Intermediate (CEFR).
- Advanced Excel and strong data analytics, or related fields.
- Able to learn fast and adapt quickly.
- Critical Thinking, growth mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology.
- Training delivery and management.

Lương cơ bản hàng tháng, cạnh tranh
Phụ cấp cố định hàng tháng: Lương làm tối, điện thoại, xăng xe, chi phí thăm thị trường
Tiền thưởng hàng tháng, tiền thưởng tháng 13, tiền thưởng kết quả hoàn thành công việc theo năm
