Nhân Viên Đặt Liệu Mẫu (Material Staff)

- Ensure all materials of handling vendors arrive on time.
- Ensure all payments of handling vendors transfer on time.
- Ensure quantity of all handling materials are enough for all requests
- Ensure create correct material name, no duplicate material code
* Responsibilities
- Order materials
- Follow up the updated consumption Vs stock quantity to order materials.
- Track changing material in the internal system to avoid missing order.
- Make sure no missing materials, make sure enough q'ty for all categories' request.
- Follow up materials to get ETD / ETA and push materials to catch up develoepr's request.
- Solve issue of materials as : colors unmatching with CSI, potential issue, test fail …
- Make payment detail for vendors.
- Follow up payment status for vendors
- Make GMS report each season and report to team leader.
- Work on Material Team Developer I/II & Senior's assignment
- Receive application to creat MTL code from development team
- Create Internal material code.

- At least 01 years working experiences at commercialization field in footwear
- Good communication in English or Chinese
* Education and Major:
- College or above Major in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
- English fluency in both verbal and writing
- Advanced MS Office skills and database skills with the ability to learn internal systems and programs.
