Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Up- selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
Selling and promoting reservation services.
Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates. Maximize company revenue, costs, and profitability.

Excellent level of English.
Customer- service experience.
Prior experience in the same position.
Flexible working hours.
Willingness to travel.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good negotiation skills, Teamwork skills, Problem- solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Data entry experience.

Professionally trained in golf tour operation.
To have practical exchanges with international customers, participate in organizing professional golf tournaments in Vietnam, Thailand,...
WORKING TIME: Monday- Friday 08:30 – 17:30
Working equipment provided by the company: laptop, customer datas.
