BROAD SCOPE:

General support of operation in Food stuffs warehouse

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily stock and order plan
- Create orders in system, print picking list for outbound team
- Co- monitor manpower booking plan to meet target productivity
- Monitor EDI transaction between Cello & SAP system
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy between physical & system
- Coordinate with other team to arrange goods & physical cycle count/stock- take
- Manage daily order plan and check inbound /outbound volume to meet target
Productivity management
- Monitor detailed order and manpower plan to meet the target productivity
- Monitor KPIs of on time order management (creatation, pending...)
Claim solving management
- Support leaders to solve irregular cases happening daily
- Analyze the root causes and make improvement plan
- Support claim team to clear claim cases from customers
Report management
- Daily/weekly/monthly order delivery report to management
- KPI report as required
Other job assigned by WH Leader/ Management

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

Graduating from college or higher

EXPERIENCE:

At least 1 year experienced in logistics, warehouse operation; distribution warehouse is preferred.

SKILLS:

Excellent Excel skills
Able to work well independently and in team
Good problem- solving skill
Honest, able to work under high pressure
