• Greet guests at the lobby with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  
• Assist guests with their luggage, including carrying, storing, and retrieving from rooms or vehicles.
  
• Provide guests with general information about the hotel, facilities, events, and key policies.
  

Transportation Service Coordination

Coordinate transportation using both in- house resources and external suppliers when necessary.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Handle issues and resolve any incidents related to transportation services.
Receive requests, provide advice, arrange, and coordinate transportation services for guests.

Guest Information and Guidance

Recommend restaurants, bars, spa, gym, entertainment activities, and tours.
Provide accurate information about the hotel, in- house services, and nearby facilities.
Assist guests in planning excursions or making bookings for external services.

Other Duties

Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and elegant appearance of the hotel lobby.
Ensure constant presence at the Concierge desk, proactively assisting guests at all times.
Support hotel events, conferences, and banquets when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office applications as required by the job.
College or University degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar position within a 4 or 5- star hotel environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in international or global hotel brands.
