Nhân Viên Điều Hành Tour/ Tour Operator Staff

Work with service providers such as restaurants, trains, buses, and hotels in destinations to negotiate prices for tour programs.
Plan tour programs to suit customer requirements.
Consult, design programs and operate tours in Asia destinations
Supervise and take responsibility for tour programs.
Directly operate inbound tours when there is a request to book a tour according to the correct process.
Book services and check services for the group before the group arrives and operate services when guests enter Vietnam.
Other tasks within the scope of expertise as required by management and board of directors.
Quote and care for domestic and foreign partners.
Build a team of professional guides and collaborators to meet job requirements.

Know how to plan and arrange specific work when receiving assigned work, be careful, handle information flexibly, and be sensitive in arising situations
Qualification: Graduated from college or higher majoring in tourism and business administration
Work honestly, responsibly, and stay long- term.
No experience required.
Understand the operations of related departments and services: guidance, visa, tickets, transportation, accommodation, immigration,...
Good communication, clear presentation, good English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Proficient in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using office equipment.

12 days of annual leave entitlement
Salary: 8,000,000- 12,000,000 VND
Working hours are from Monday to Saturday morning
