Tender Review & Analysis

Identify risks, key deliverables, and bid requirements.
Study and analyze tender documents, including scope of work, specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.

Quantity Take- Offs and Estimation

Use estimation software and historical cost data.
Perform accurate quantity take- offs based on drawings and specifications.
Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.

Bid Preparation

Prepare and compile all necessary bid documents, technical proposals, and financial offers.
Ensure bids are compliant with client requirements and submission deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, planning) for bid inputs.

Supplier/Subcontractor Coordination

Ensure competitiveness and compliance of third- party inputs.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Risk Assessment

Identify and assess commercial and technical risks associated with the project.
Propose risk mitigation strategies.

Liaison and Communication

Participate in pre- bid meetings, site visits, and clarification sessions.
Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams during pre- bid and post- bid stages.

Documentation and Reporting

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on bid progress and outcomes.
Maintain organized records of tenders, clarifications, and correspondence.

Post- Tender Support

Participate in bid negotiations and contract clarifications, if required.
Support project handover to the execution team after contract award.

Other tasks assigned by superiors (manager, director...)

Self- correcting and self- improvement mindset.
Prefer the candidates who is cleared with career own- orientation and willing to work for long- time.
(Work experience in foreign contractor company is an advantage)
Enthusiastic and proactive.
Well team working with orientation of resolving matters.
English communication.
Logical thinking.
At least 2 year of experience in interior/finishing construction.
Age: 25- 29 years old.
Planning skill
Good mindset of self conciousness planning, operation preparation.
No defensive and excusive attitude.
Schedule management.
Time management.

Compensation and benefits:

Basic salary: 13,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND( negotiable basing on candidate’s ability)
