Provide delivery information, process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Follow up with the airlines/shipping lines to ensure the arrival information is correct.
Follow up with overseas offices to ensure that the proper documents have been received on time.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
Handling export/import, air/sea shipments.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Yêu cầu công việc
Who works in long- term.
Have experience forwarding/operation team in logistics company at least 1 year (Fresh graduates are NOT accepted).
Having knowledge of international sea and air forwarding.
English – spoken and written.
Having Bachelor degree major in Import- Export, Logistics, business.
