Nhân Viên Hành Chính Dự Án Xây Dựng

- To conduct administrative tasks:
+ Do and assist Visa and Work Permit application for foreign expats
+ Purchase and control office stationery, consumables, office appliance, IT tools …
+ Document work: Preparation, control and proper filing documents at the instruction of managers and in compliance with regulations.
+ Arrangement for transportation, accommodation, medical care, training course and other staff welfare for staff
- Support senior staff in preparing and control contracts, subcontracts, issue and translate of document and letters.
- Human Resource works
- Other works as senior/manager request
- Coordination of office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to laws and regulations and company policies
- Support in ISO Quality Management System and other duties as requested by senior, managers.

- Strong time management skills.
- At least 2 years of experience at same position.
- Good computer skills, particularly with MS. Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- English advance required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good interpersonal skills and has the ability to work independently and within the team.
