Assist in sustaining a refined, efficient, timely and yet welcoming guest hotel entrance experience.
Connect guests with the Front Desk for check- in/out procedures, Bell Desk for assistance with luggage, Valet for retrieval of cars, Concierge for reservations and referrals, give directions for local travels, and guide guests to the various hotel destinations.
Assist customers in securing taxis and other modes of transportation.
Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.
Resolve and escalate any guest issues and concerns that may arise.
Expedite and assist in controlling the movement of customer’s vehicles upon arrival and departure and maintaining a steady flow of traffic.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Be informed of and promote hotel outlets, services and events.
Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback and efficient operations.
Acknowledge, greet and converse with guests who enter the driveway, front entrance and lobby area.
Store guest baggage upon request.
Insist luggage and personal belongings of the guest are always treated with the upmost respect, caution and security.
Keeps leadership informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.
Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles.

Basic Education completed is preferred.
Must present a well- groomed appearance.
Organized, can multi- task, good problem solving skills and detail- oriented.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
