Design appropriate tools to support the manufacturing process to improve the efficiency and ergology
Track the efficiency statistics (e.g. general efficiency, off- standard, SAH) and take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of efficiency target
Monitor the SAM and operators’ earning level to identify possible ways for continuous improvement
Study and roll out Efficiency improvement project in production floor
Study, design, renovate the Manufacturing Layout to optimize space utilization
Determine the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow
Track ETS system to ensure data integrity
Set up appropriated process & workflow for all kind of product in sewing line
Do Weekly Summary incentive report
Lead Trainer and Technician in improve line efficiency and maintain factory production system (Kanban, visual management, work flow)
Analyze and process data quickly and effectively

Experienced in product and process analysis
Computer literate (Ms Office & Visio, Project and Simulation)
Good presentation skill
Engineering background
Sound knowledge in Time Study and motion analysis
At least 1 year’ experience in garment industry, preferably in Industrial Engineering
Graduated from Garment Technical College or University in Textile and Garment
Basic sewing technique
Able to work independently to analyze and process data
Good ENG communication (speaking & writing)
