RESPOSIBILITIES:
General Operations

Load/unload goods and move stock using pallet jacks or manually.
Label, store, and organize stock accurately.
Perform inventory checks and update records.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.

E- Commerce & Order Fulfillment

Prepare packing lists and label cartons with order/customer info.
Process online orders: picking, packing, and labeling.
Verify items against sales orders.

Delivery & Returns

Coordinate deliveries upon the manager’s approval.
Handover packed goods to the logistics/delivery team with proper documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in English.
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including picking and packing processes.
Self- motivated with a strong, results- driven approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
