Outgoing control: Ensure all goods issues are checked after loading completion.
Take care all VD1, VD3, LCM, FDC warehouses
Control loading capacities, manage KPIs, and develop action plans to improve workload (details to be discussed later).
Other job assigned by Group leader/Part leader include managing all partial loading, palletizing for partial products, tracking stock inventory and providing daily reports, executing AIR/LCL/sample shipments, managing box buffer/UI/inspection tasks, moving FGs to FDC, patrolling and detecting box damage, managing pallet reuse, and providing daily reports.
Collaborate with SCM to improve loading efficiency and system with PI.
Monitor humidity and upload all pictures to GMES/intranet.
Maintain 5S/Pro3M control and report to SCM. Work with EHS and support maintenance if needed.
Report any accidents/incidents, claims, or IRR together with Warehouse billing staff.
Control 100 % box damaged following SOP loading process, priority strongly focus on Korea & Thailand/China containers
Develop backup plans for other shift leaders.

Warehouse management at least 2 years.
Able to analyst data basicly.
Graduated from university, major related to logistics field.
Good English communication skills, navigate social situations.
Able to work under pressure & able to work overtime (if requested).
Must be proficient in Excel.
