Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop and convert new business opportunities, in line with company sales strategy, focusing on luxury cruises and F&B operations.
Coordinate with cruise operations, restaurant teams, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local networking functions to raise brand awareness and expand customer base.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, OTA platforms, and other relevant partners.
Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and familiarization trips on board and at our venues.
Sell all facets of the company’s offerings, including cruises, restaurant services, events, and packages.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, and contribute insights to improve strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create tailored proposals and sales packages.
Assist in the development and launch of new products, services, and promotions.
Yêu cầu công việc
Previous experience in cruise sales, hospitality, or F&B is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational, problem- solving, and negotiation skills.
Good written and verbal English skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
Able to work independently, travel as needed, and handle multi- functional responsibilities.
