• Approach project owners, designers and contractor to present company profile and products• Expand prospect pipeline and portfolio to ensure growth• Prepare post- visit and key info report in order to keep relevant team on the same page• Keep on tracking project status and ensure the maximum conversion of SPEC into actual sales• Explore market information about projects information and competitors&039; information in furniture market and Real estate business.• Support on developing marketing and sales strategy to achieve target sales in project channel.

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field• Proven working experience in furniture, interior design or decorative construction material industry is preferable• Connection with architect and interior designing professionals and association• Good interpersonal skills and have creativity• Good English written and verbal communication
