Coordinate closely with the other teams to ensure smooth and on- schedule operations.
Provide support for Japanese sales staff in daily sales activities and customer communication.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong, long- term relationships with existing customers.
Prepare accurate quotations and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
Plan and conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit detailed work reports and sales updates as required.
Generate profit through international forwarding services (Sea and Air), as well as inland logistics operations such as trucking, customs declaration (CDs), and other related services.

Honest, humble, and responsible.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Intermediate English proficiency; Japanese skills are an advantage.
Punctual and time- conscious
Strong desire for professional growth and career advancement.
At least 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the logistics industry.
Persistent and resilient—someone who never gives up easily.
Proactive and quick to take action, with the ability to understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
Quyền lợi
Income: 12,000,000 – 32,000,000 VND per month (based on experience and performance).
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 12:00 / 13:00 – 17:30
Saturday (Work from home): 08:30 – 12:00
Probation Period: 2 months (with 85% of the official salary).
Social Insurance: Provided after successful completion of the probation period.
Sunday and public holidays: Off
