Design, build, install and service mechanical machinery, components and tools. Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant. Monitor and control property temperature. Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring. Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc. Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
Set up and conduct tests of complete units and components.
Maintain proper maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
Perform minor routine maintenance on property vehicles (i.e., engineering trucks, shuttle buses, ...) including checking oil, fluid levels, tire pressure/wear, charging batteries, and replacing spark plugs.
Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
Devise, fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components or assemblies for products.
Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities, including test results, instrument readings, and details of equipment malfunctions and maintenance work.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials.

Key requirements:
Education:

• Technical School Degree

• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Good communication skill
• Information systems knowledge.
• Strong technical skill.
