Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We are currently recruiting a full- time Engineering Technician. If you are interested in a new career in an international company and have exceptional English literacy, we would love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU WILL INVOLVE

Schedule and oversee facility projects to ensure timely progress and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair, maintenance, and construction projects within the factory’s facilities
Schedule and monitor ongoing facility projects to ensure projects are on track & their quality
Work closely with the maintenance dept & external vendors to handle urgent repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth factory operation
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers/vendors.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

Male only
Good command of English
Strong organizational, and problem- solving skills
Proven experience in maintenance technician, admin, project coordination, or related roles, preferably in a factory or construction company.
Background in technical fields such as facilities management, mechanical, electrical engineering, construction engineering, or a related area.
