Acknowledge the guest immediately when they approach the host stand. Seat guests and present a clean menu.
Greet and welcome guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
Perform all side work as assigned.
Provide excellence guest service, while having the ability to predict and exceed the guest’s needs and expectations.
As the guest departs the outlet, thank them for dining with you and extend a sincere invitation to dine with us again.

• Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
• Well- groomed appearance, good communication.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as relevant position.
• Ability to communicate fluently in the English and Chinese or Korean speaking is a plus.
• College graduation or a higher education completed required.
