Nhân Viên Marketing (Tiếng Anh/ Tiếng Nhật)

- Create a system to appropriately utilize advertising budget within the approved budget and effectively increase product awareness and sell.
- Plan promotions on e- commerce platforms (shopee, tiki, lazada, tiktok, Shopify...) and work with sales department to promote campaigns on each platform.
- Support contact with KOLs and manage social activities (if we need to use more media to increase brand awareness efficiency). Creating and managing information related to brands and digital media on KOL channels and other related channels.
- Work on Japanese Cosmetics digital marketing and trade marketing both from making plans, Execution, progress observation, and track to the result for evaluate numbers and consider next plan what would be effective in market.- Plan and prepare promotions for offline retailers with sales team.
- Build creations under sales team as a team.
- Content production: Planning and implementation of campaign online marketing, preparation and editing of weekly posted content. (Creative content includes images, videos, and articles)- Build and execute plans for our website optimization, article posting, promotions, flash sales, etc.

- Graduated from university majoring in Marketing/Business/Communication/PR- Understanding the culture and climate of Japanese companies
- punctual, reliable, Ability to properly report progress, communicate, and consult with superiors and team members

- Age ranges from 22 to 26 years old
- A person who can work in a team, has a sense of responsibility, and is sincere.
- Knowledge of Japanese or English
- 1- 2 years experience required (Skills for 2D designs, movies for cosme, others )
