· Track order execution, ensure on- time delivery, and coordinate to solve order problems (e.g. delivery delays, quality problems, etc.).
· Cross- departmental collaboration, to communicate closely with the office, procurement, production, export/logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
· Familiar with and have a comprehensive understanding of the company&039;s operational processes, proficient in operating computer systems such as SAP and AMIS.
· Ensure clear, organized, and comprehensive communication with team members and customers, both in written and document form.
· Coordinate closely with machine operator/relevant colleagues in production procedure.
· Promptly report any unreasonable customer requests or technical limitations encountered during sample production and mass production to the team leader.
· Coordinate operational activities, including sample development, costing, production tracking, and WIP follow- ups.
· Assist senior merchandiser/supervisors in tracking the entire process from sample production to mass production.
· Develop and execute manufacturing orders/fabric/sample, production, sales orders, and other daily order tracking tasks using the SAP system.

· Familiar with shoes products upper manufacturing processes and knit terminology.
· Gentle personality, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions from superiors.
· Proficient in computer office software and system operation; experience with SAP or other similar company operating systems is a plus.
· Good understanding of footwear production process, planning and quality standard.
· Proficient in using Office and ERP systems and other office software
· With 2+ years of experience in upper shoes, knitting or wool merchandising from footwear manufacturing industry preferred.
· Excellent communication and verbal skills, honest, responsible with hardworking attribute.
· More experience will be considered as Senior Merchandiser
