– Advancing sustainability ideas through concrete projects and initiatives.
– Update reports issued by Isuzu Japan (develop reports and indicators and encourage reporting of sustainability results)
– Develop and implement sustainability policies and procedures
– Analyze and promote solutions for social, environmental and economic issues.
– Define and integrate the principles of social responsibility into the company’s strategy
– Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation
– Internal communication and updates on ESG- related activities to create lasting relationships, increase employee engagement, and contribute to the goal of developing corporate culture.
– Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
– Assessing and managing sustainability risk
– Gather information and records related to ESG activities

– Good interpersonal skills, having knowledge of analytical skills, problem solving skills.
– Having from 1- 2 years of experience in related field.
– Communication smoothly in English (TOEIC above 600).
– Education: university graduated, majoring in HRM, Law, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, Social major or related major.
