Nhân Viên Mua Hàng Xuất Nhập Khẩu (Purchasing/ Shipping Staff)

Purchasing staff
- Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
- Receive purchasing requirements from other departments
- Making reports in purchasing made and performing cost analysis
- Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring quantity and delivery schedule, writing orders to refill stock
- Doing import activities, coordinating with Warehouse Department to receive goods
- Looking for the best quality equipment, goods, and services and buying at the most competitive price
- Negotiating, networking with numbers, as well as dealing with other factors such as scarcity, risk management and quality evaluation
- Making complaint and asking for compensation in case product has problems
Shipping Staff
- Following the shipping process and solving the arising problems
- Preparing and maintaining shipping records; preparing bills of lading; computing duties, tariffs, price conversions, weights, and volumes
- Preparing customs declarations and other required documents that describe the goods and materials being shipped and complying with all import/export regulations
- Performing a range of activities to facilitate the timely and accurate import, export, and shipment of materials, equipment, products, packages, and documents
- Communicating with external organizations (customs authorities, shipping agents, Forwarder, etc.) to verify customs requirements and negotiate shipping costs and times
- Collaborating with Warehouse, Purchasing department and other managers to optimize processes.
- Researching, identifying, and obtaining the permits, licenses, and certificates that are required for customs clearance

- Have at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in Purchasing/Shipping/Import - Export at a manufacturing company
- Able to work in team and under high pressure
- Negotiation, analysis, time management skill
- Good in English (Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skill)
- Fluency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Have a bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Economics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant major
