Assist with the development and presentation of property market information including maintaining all supporting databases;
Monitor, update, maintain and report on the variables underlying the information system;
Develop proprietary research tools to assist the Team in prioritizing target markets and submarkets for potential real estate investments;
Train employees on the use of real estate market data tools.
Assist with the preparation of forward- thinking commentaries that set the standard for our industry;
Assist with the formulation of recommended changes and other guidelines regarding portfolio rebalancing;
Create standardized slide decks that generate high- impact graphs based on the variables underlying the information system;
Conduct research on special topics;
Assist in the development of an industry leading, data driven information system;

Ability to work independently;
Develop and maintain detailed working files;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including the ability to create dashboards;
Strong research and analytical skills including the ability to gather, interpret and effectively communicate property market data;
Critical thinking skills that can convert data into meaningful relationships and information to drive quality decision making;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner;
Able to organize and summarize property market data and concepts in writing;
Task and goal oriented and capable of functioning in an entrepreneurial and corporate setting;
