Nhân Viên Nhân Sự (C&B)

- Manage benefits for Vietnamese employees, including compulsory benefits and additional benefits from the company (allowances monitoring).
- Support HR team in other assignments as required.
- Assist in declaration, adjustment, finalization and other projects regarding SHUI.
- Manage employees’ personnel data system and filing.
- Monitor employee evaluation data
- Control employee relation.
- Process monthly payroll data (attendance, overtimes...) for Vietnamese to ensure they are timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations and company procedures.

- Proficiency on computer literacy;
- Expertise from 1- 2 years’ experience in HR in big manufacturing company
- Well versed in Excel skill (excel formula applied)
- Carefulness, honest.
- Female/Male, from 24- 35 years old, graduated from university graduation in human resources or related fields.
- Good at communication and problem solving.
- Team- work, responsible.
- Good at Interpersonal & presentation skill
- Ultimate level of carefulness & hardworking

- Bonus average: 2- 3 months /year (depending on the company&039;s business sales)
