Regulation
• Analyze local laws and regulations, study customs clearance processes and tax reduction regulations, provide relevant consultation, and offer efficient solutions for the group.
Customs Clearance Follow- up
• Based on information about goods exported from China, track the arrival of goods and complete customs clearance work in a timely and efficient manner.
Handling of Abnormal Issues
• Communicate and coordinate with government departments such as customs to resolve difficult issues related to customs inspections and improve inspection and clearance efficiency.
• Integrate external agency resources, handle relevant permits and customs procedures based on different product import and export regulatory policies, and ensure smooth clearance operations.
Risk Management
• Identify and prevent major customs risk points, propose response strategies, and lead or participate in setting internal process correspondences.
• Negotiate and execute business with customs and clearance agents, maintain good relationships and effective communication, and arrange or receive visits from various departments.
• Ensure that all operations comply with customs regulatory requirements.
Information Management
• Maintain information in the customs system.
Supplier Development
• Develop local supplier resources in Vietnam.
Expense Management
• Manage monthly expense accounting and arrange payment requests promptly.
Additional Tasks
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
Mastering English, possessing good oral skills;
Proficient in using various office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.);
Bachelor&039;s degree or above, major in international trade or supply chain related fields;
Proficient in foreign trade management and customs clearance management knowledge, withcertain negotiation skills;
