Mô tả công việc

Managing all Operation Issues at Customs Clearance Dept (EDi, Cargoes Clearance, C/O application… and CS/Docs (Bkgs, Track, SI, HB/L, MB/L…)
Utilized & Well-known all systems, SOP, KPI for teams of the company.
Manages teams and training plans for each unit.
Contact and communicate with Clients to check and see the sastification of services
Keep closed with teams to sovle any trouble occurred
Check and solve all issues on time and draw solutions for teams
Connect all others teams in the firm to reach the best cooperations
Attend all BOM’s meetings to receive all new guidance to manage teams
Report and suggest specified plans to improve jobs on time to BOM for Operations

Yêu cầu công việc

Age: >30
Language: Fluency in English, Writing, Speaking and other languages
Experience: Used to work at other Freight Forwarder at Operations, Foreign Freight Forwarding Rep. Offices
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Control business system: professional documents / Docs (HB / L, MB / L), operators, customer service (CS), customer service quality
