- Retest the system functions compared to BluePrint, UAT environment compared to UAT document.
- Coordinate with other departments to explain the operation if there are problems in the Dev & Test process.

- Understand project information; prepare the content of survey questions sent to customers and receive customer feedback before conducting a survey meeting with customers.
- Supplement knowledge of technology engineering and fields related to projects or partners of the company.
- Understand and understand all the functions of the software the company has, thereby being able to participate in consulting projects, giving customers the best solution, limiting solution correction to the lowest possible level.
- Participate in taking project requests at customers, sending minutes of daily requests to customers.
- Summarize the requirements to produce request management documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to analyze the requirements to make Prototype documents. Prototype designs need to comply with design material standards of brands or GUI standards for software interface design.
- Share and provide professional guidance for you in the team.
- Write BluePrint documents for the project
- Learn about operations related to the company&039;s products.
- Write internal training materials on operations and functions according to the company&039;s products.

- 2 or more years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Ability to manage and prioritize the assigned stages.
- Ability to analyze and compare customer requirements with the company&039;s current system to clarify the similarities.
- Ability to design Prototype for catalog and query screens.
- Have knowledge and practice related to SQL server, my SQL.
- Can control and plan work within the scope of duties.
- English for reading and understanding specialized documents.
- Skills in training, presenting and processing master data
- Ability to describe data synthesis reports in detail.
