Position Overview:

The Project Developer will lead the development of innovative footwear components, ensuring they meet Tier 1 factory&039;s standards for performance, comfort, and design as well as timeline for project development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the component development process, including material selection, prototyping, and testing.
Provide technical expertise and support to the product development team.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in footwear technology to keep our products competitive.
Liaise with production teams to ensure components are manufactured to specifications.
Work closely with the design team to refine footwear component designs and prepare them for production.
Analyze production challenges and work on solutions to improve efficiency and quality.

CAD software & Microsoft Office
Familiarity with the properties and applications of plastics in creating affordable, lightweight, and durable footwear
Has degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field with a focus on footwear.
Problem- solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Prefer to have experiences in injection molding plastic, injection mold knowledge, troubles shooting, set up SOP for injection molding process.
At least 3 years of experience in footwear component development, preferably in a Tier 1 factory.
In- depth knowledge of the plastic materials used in footwear manufacturing such as TPU/ PA/ TPR/ PP…
Communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
