Have a thorough knowledge of the sequence of service and follow it at all times.
Keep the work environment clean and organized, free of clutter.
Knowledgeable of wines, liquor and beer. Offer pairing with food when appropriate.
Serve all food and beverage with the proper garnishes and condiments.
Provide excellence guest service, while having the ability to predict and exceed the guest’s needs and expectations.
Must have full knowledge of all menu items, and their ingredients and preparation.
Maintain food sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.
Clears, cleans, resets and maintains station during shift.

Work at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
Well- groomed and professional appearance.
Diploma degree in Art or above.
Experience working in high end restaurants or bars is preferred.
Good communication and customer services skills.
Able to work any shift and Public Holiday.
Good communication skills in English and Korean or Chinese.
