Nhân Viên Sales - Dịch Vụ Khách Hàng

- Looking for new customer and following to final sale contract,
- Following production for first PO: product matching with sample, shipment on time and receive any
- Following Sample shop for prepare present a sample to customer,
- Working with custormer for get sample’s information and pass the information to Designer Team,
- Working with Costing for sent customer Quotation of price,
- Working with custormer for conditions move forward a final contract ,
- Following a new customer to final sale contract,
complain from customers. Pass the complain to relevant depts aware and improve for next shipment.

Working relationships:

- Internal: Sample shop, R&D, Production, Planning, Import&Export, Finish good, QC
- External: Visitor, Customers, Forwarder

- Speak fluently Vietnamese and English
- Good skill in excel
- Experience in sales
- Understand furniture products
- Adaptable to flexible working time and travelling
- Ability read furniture drawing and understand demand and describe from customers
- Understand furniture standards and requirement per market and per custormer
- Good communication skill, self- discipline
- Ability to solve problem
